PEMBERIAN DENDA TERHADAP PENERIMA KUASA MENURUT PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the provision of fines that occurred in CV. ST Utama Lombok Tengah and to find out the implementation of giving fines to the power of attorney according to the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research uses field research (Field Research). The method used is the method of observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the fines applied by PT. PLN Persero in Central Lombok, according to Islamic law, PT. PLN (Persero) Lombok area is valid because it has been fulfilled in the agreement/contract that was agreed at the beginning of the project work
