TINJAUAN FIQH MUAMALAH TENTANG JUAL BELI MAKANAN CEPAT BASI DENGAN SISTEM PROMO KEJAR TARGET

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out a review of Islamic law regarding the sale and purchase of food with a target chase promo system for stale fast food. This research is a type of field research with descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the practice of buying and selling stale fast food with a target chase promo system from Indomaret to consumers with an agreement between both parties, namely from Indomaret and the consumer. For the benefit of the supervisor, the employee does this so that there are no failures in the promo system which is made every 1 or 2 weeks, and every time a promo is held, the employee must do as stipulated by rei. Because according to them the policy can help supervisors in developing sales marketing and the remaining 45 employees do not agree with the policy. The review of Islamic law regarding the sale and purchase of stale fast food with a target chase promo system includes buying and selling which is prohibited because it does not meet the pillars and conditions of buying and selling, namely on the basis of liking or liking (the element of willingness). Namely, Indomaret employees bought the stale fast food not on their own accord, but there was an element of coercion by the Indomaret supervisor, so there was a discrepancy in the sale and purchase transaction of stale fast food in the target promo system.
